We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with StriVectin as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. 

We are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products at no cost to you within 30 days of receipt (this does not affect any statutory cancellation rights you have). To start a new return, please click here

Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased on Strivectin.com between November 16, 2023 and December 31, 2023, may be returned through January 31, 2024. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in Strivectin's Return Policy are still applicable to items purchased. All purchases made after December 31, 2023 are subject to the Standard Return Policy

StriVectin monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns for orders submitted on StriVectin.co.uk.

InnerCircle points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at StriVectin's discretion

If a purchase is made outside of StriVectin.co.uk (for example, if you purchase StriVectin products at one of our authorised retailers), we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Ireland. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or taxes and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Care with a shipping label. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.

Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from StriVectin Customer Care.
