We are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products at no cost to you within 30 days of receipt (this does not affect any statutory cancellation rights you have). To start a new return, please click here.

StriVectin monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges for orders submitted on StriVectin.co.uk.
InnerCircle points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at StriVectin's discretion
If a purchase is made outside of StriVectin.co.uk (for example, if you purchase StriVectin products at one of our authorised retailers), we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.

Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Care with a shipping label. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.

Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from StriVectin Customer Care.
